Five fronts
we operate on.
We don't sell packages. Each engagement begins as a single agent and grows into a coordinated swarm only when the work demands it. Below, the patterns we see most often.
Agents that drive real software the same way humans do — clicking, scrolling, typing, reading. They live inside your CRM, your portal, your archaic vendor dashboard. They ask for help only when they should.
02PDFs, faxes, scans, badly-typed forms. We build extraction pipelines with policy reasoning, schema validation, and human-loop redlines. Output is structured data your downstream systems already accept.
03A searchable layer over everything you've ever written down. We build the ingestion, the embedding, the graph, and the prompt scaffolding — and we tune it against your team's actual queries, not synthetic eval sets.
04Inbound and outbound voice agents that don't sound like the year 2018. Sub-400ms latency, native turn-taking, escalation paths to humans in three rings or fewer. We handle the SIP, the eval, and the transcripts.
05An evaluation suite that runs against every prompt change, every model swap, every shadow deploy. PII redaction, jailbreak detection, drift monitoring. We don't ship without it; we don't recommend you do either.
How we engage.
Probe
2 weeks · fixed
Two weeks, two engineers, one workflow. We deliver a functioning prototype, an eval suite, and a candid memo on whether to proceed.
Build
8–14 weeks · staged
Production deployment, full observability, runbooks, and a 30-day stabilization. Pricing scales with agent count, not seat count.
Steward
ongoing · monthly
We keep the agents alive. Drift monitoring, model migration, prompt regressions, and on-call. You retain the system; we keep it sharp.
